Midgard Financial Services provides accounting and financial advisory services to the properties owned and developed by Midgard Group.  Since its founding in 1998 by James Goldstein and Anders Schroeder, Midgard has built its business through a core of properties owned by Midgard subsidiaries. Properties have included office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, multi-family and commercial condominium associations.

Our accounting services are tailored to meet the needs of each specific property.  Midgard Management accurately provides the data and analytics necessary to make sound financial decisions, from billing and collection to computerized day-to-day accounting reports. We use state-of-the-art software such as Yardi and Avid Exchange.

  • Cash flow projections
  • Projection and maintenance of cash reserve accounts
  • Bank account maintenance (opening, closing, signature cards)
  • Investment of excess cash balances

  • CAM reconciliations, including gross ups and controllable expense caps
