This vacant 6-acre parcel of land had no entitlements, and was unbuildable due delayed area road improvements that resulted in a failure of concurrency. Midgard stepped in and negotiated the concurrency issues with local government. The parcel was replatted into 3 buildable lots and needed and required utilities were extended.

Due to Midgard’s successful negotiations, three buildable lots were developed and sold. Three new office buildings containing a total of 80,000 square feet of Class “A” office space now occupy this formerly unbuildable parcel.
